The Pro plan includes unlimited team members, so you can bring your entire content team, SEO specialists, or clients into Spyro without paying extra per seat. Each person gets their own login and access to the specific workspace you invite them to — nothing more, nothing less.
Never share your login credentials with colleagues or clients. Shared logins make it impossible to audit who made changes and can put your account security at risk. Always invite teammates through the app so each person has their own account.
How to invite a team member
Open your workspace settings
Log in to app.spyro.app and make sure you’re in the correct workspace. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation, then select Team. Enter the team member's email address
Click Invite Team Member, type in their email address, and click Send Invite.
Team member accepts the invitation
Your teammate will receive an invitation email from Spyro. If they already have a Spyro account, they can log in and accept. If they’re new, they’ll be prompted to create an account first. Once accepted, they’ll have access to the workspace.
Every team member must be 18 years of age or older to use Spyro in accordance with our Terms of Service. Please ensure any person you invite meets this requirement before sending an invitation.
What team members can access
Team membership is scoped to the workspace you invite them to. A team member added to your yoursite.com workspace can see and interact with that workspace’s keywords, citations, content queue, and integrations — but they cannot see data from any other workspace on your account unless you invite them there separately.
Removing a team member
To revoke a team member’s access, go to Settings → Team, find their name in the list, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. They will not receive a notification email, so communicate any access changes to your team directly.
Agency and client collaboration
If you’re an agency, you can invite clients as team members inside their respective workspace. This gives clients visibility into their own citation data and content queue without exposing other client workspaces. You stay in control — only workspace admins can invite or remove members.
